How should I prepare for my brow wax?
We recommend attending your appointment fresh-faced, with little to no makeup on the brows. Although we clean the area before the waxing proceeds, traces of makeup left on the skin could clog your newly opened pores.

It is recommended to avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, steam rooms and sauna’s for at least the first 24 hours following your brow wax. Exposure to high temperatures can irritate freshly waxed skin, whilst chlorine exposure can lead to infections when in contact with open pores.

How long does a brow tint last?
Brow tints can last anywhere from 3-8 weeks, although this does depend on how fast your brow hairs grow, how you take care of your brows, and what skincare products you use. A top-up is recommended at around 6-8 weeks post treatment, to keep your brows looking their best!

How can I best prepare for lash extensions
Avoid Oily Skincare or Makeup if possible. Oily products can weaken the bond of lash extensions, causing premature shedding. Before your appointment, gently cleanse your face with an oil-free cleanser. Is there anything I should avoid after my lash extension appointment?
Steer clear from anything that entails getting you new extensions wet! Ensure to allow at least 24 hours for the glue to dry after applying for eyelash extensions fully.
